Well, hello and God bless you. Welcome to Uniting Faith program every single week, coming to you at the same time. Listen, we believe that God, strategically, is going to move in your life. Today, I want to teach you the dynamics of faith, the different types of prayer. Also, too, I want to encourage you to download a free app, absolutely free. Speaker 1:24-7 materials is there for you to learn the knowledge of God. You know, the Bible says in Hosea 4 and 6, my people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge. So we want to obtain knowledge, wisdom, from God. So today we're going to learn in Ephesians, chapter 6, verse 13, how to stand firmly on the word of God. Now, in Ephesians, chapter 6, we're for take unto you the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and have it done all to stand. Let me say that again we're for take unto you the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and, having done all to stand, stand there for verse 14, having your learns, your learns, gird about with truth and pray in and having on the breastplate of righteousness and your feet shot with the preparation of gospel peace. Above all, taking the shield of faith wherewith you shall be able to quench all the fairy darts of the wicked, and take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God. Now, verse 18, praying always with all prayers, supplications in the spirit, watching there unto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints, praying always with all prayers. So let's talk about the different types of prayers. Well, here, I have my notes here, so I'm going to share it with you.
Speaker 1:Ephesians, chapter 16, chapter says verse 13 talks about staying firmly. The writer and the apostle Paul here speaking to the efficacy believers Now, when you stand firmly on the word of God, that means you have a solid foundation, your anchor in God, and when you're anchoring God, no matter what the enemy try to dish out against you, ladies and gentlemen, the beauty of it is you are already victorious. Now, all manner of prayer. Let's talk about them. You have the prayer of faith. Faith makes prayer worse. Listen, you have the prayer of faith. The prayer of faith is your confession that I believe God is the. It sounds elementary, I know, but see, when you step out into the rims and the depths of faith, sometimes we can complicate faith. When, in fact, faith is like a banished force, it attracts the miracles to you and not away from you.
Speaker 1:So we just got through reading the book of Ephesians, chapter six. He talked about put on the whole armor of God. Why it's compared to the Roman style soldiers when they went into battles and wars. It's a type of game that they had. So the apostle Paul lists us all the types of armor and weapons that are not corner but they're mighty through the pulling down the strongholds. Why? Because there are different types of prayers.
Speaker 1:You have repetitious prayer. That's simply saying that you just you pray repetitiously the same thing over and over and over and over, but the prayer of faith is when you speak it. You got to remember this. He said I'll steam my word above my name. So therefore, ladies and gentlemen, if he has steamed his word above his name, think how much more influential, how powerful it is. You miss the name with the word. Now you have a place of prayer.
Speaker 1:Well, prayer is your dialogue with God. It's your communication channel between heaven and you. Well, the apostle Paul talks about the prayer of faith. Sit with me. Prayer of faith, faith makes prayer work. Faith.
Speaker 1:Does you know, when we pray we don't pray a miss, we don't pray just for anything. We pray to have the will of God, to know the mind of Christ and to know his purpose in our lives. And many times we get so frustrated with praying because it's seen, with all that praying, but I don't see the results. I'm praying but I don't see nothing manifesting in my life. So I want to encourage you to continue in the rim of prayer.
Speaker 1:Why? Because when you put on the whole of God, the Bible says stand, stand firmly on the word of God. What did that mean? No matter how you test it, no matter how many times you've been trying, stand on the word of God, because when you stand on his word, it's already forever settled. You know we're like a tree planted by the waters which shall not be moved. Why? Because we know in whom we believe and whom we trust. And our trust is not in our own resources and our own ability, our own ingenuity. It's in the fact that his word is forever settled. So if God's word is forever settled, that means you today, today stand firmly on the word of God. But you say life challenges have hit me in every direction, obstacles on every hand. Well, ladies and gentlemen, we all go through the triumph periods in our lives, but the word of God is your guarantee, roadmap to absolute victory. It's God's guarantee absolute victory in your life. You're not going to succumb to fear. You're not going to succumb to doubt and disbelief. We're going to stand, believe God's word.
Speaker 1:Listen the prayer of faith. Faith makes prayer work. So what am I really saying? Faith made prayer work. In other words, I believe that when I pray, heaven's already heard me. I believe, when I'm done praying, I don't have to see it immediately, I don't have to feel it immediately. I just have a knowing, by faith in the Word of God, that whatsoever I ask of the Father in Jesus' name, it has to be established and done. Because he said I look over my word to hasten it, to perform it, to bring it to pass. I'm not a man that shall lie to me. The Son man shall repent. Have I said it and shall I not do it? Wow, that is so powerful.
Speaker 1:We need to know that the prayer of faith works. You have to apply different forms of prayer. Faith needs correspondence. James, chapter 5, verse 3, we understand that. James, chapter 5, verse 3 through 15. Listen, faith needs correspondence on your behalf. In other words, faith without works is dead.
Speaker 1:So you've got to realize this, ladies and gentlemen, when you move into the rims of faith, don't complicate faith because of what you're going through or what the Emmy dish is out against you. Stand flat foot it on the Word of God and trust Him. He's to anchor the holes, in spite of the storms of life and the winds that often howl in our lives. You know, the winds of opposition often come in every direction, but God is faithful and he is a just God who will not allow you to go under. But you're going over for the glory of God. So faith needs what Corresponds, something you have to do in order for faith to work. You got to put faith into process. You put into process by moving towards everything that God says, for example, whatever God promised.
Speaker 1:You remember, this small decision makes your destiny. Small decisions makes your destiny. It's not the huge and the big decision that we often make that we're saying oh my God, what am I going to do. It's a small decision that causes your destiny to come alive in your life. Just small decisions, just doing something small today, a decision simply based upon what God ordained for you, what God has chosen for you, what God called you to do. The beauty of following God is understanding this.
Speaker 1:In the book of Ephesians, talking about put on the whole armor of God. Then stand firmly on the word of God. Put on that whole armor, the soul of the word of God, the shield of faith, the righteousness, the breastplate of righteousness. Why the helmin' of salvation? Why? Because that's the arm of God when you up against confrontational spirits, when you up against the enemy, when the enemy had desired to come in and to steal, kill and destroy, small decisions every single day leads you to a better awareness of your purpose and your destiny. And when you get to that place and say, alright, my mind's made up, my mind's made up, know my what challenges in life that may come or go, my mind is made up. I believe God's Word, I believe His promise and I know that today's going to be the best day of my life, because I'm speaking that by faith. I'm speaking to the atmosphere. Word by word comes to breeding grounds of miracles and I realize that my faith is established in the Word of God. That is my foundation. Word by word, I build my life each and every day off of the principles of God.
Speaker 1:Because the beauty of this is put on the whole arm of God. Why? Because that's an adversary, that's confrontational spirits. There is adversities on every hand, but when you face those adversities, you're not facing in defeat, you're facing in absolute victory. So today I want you to put on the whole arm of God. Digest the Word of Heaven into your belly and over. Digest this word into your spirit man. Digest it into your life and realize that greater is he that's in us than he that's in the world. Put on the whole arm of God. Why? Because the enemy may come in common like a flood. The Holy Spirit will raise up a standard against all adversities.
Speaker 1:But you say you don't understand about amen. It's ranging. The furnace has been turned up several times hotter. Well, the Hebrew children had to go through the furnace of affliction. But they came out. Not one head was stanched, not one burnt upon their flesh. Their garments were not burnt or stained with smoke from the fire. Why? Because the glory of God protects us. And when you minister out of that cloud of glory.
Speaker 1:You realize that, no matter what I may have to combat in this life, I'm a soldier in the army of God. So as a soldier in the army of God, I realized that the Bible is not mine, but it belongs to God. So therefore, I'm going to make what All decision makes your destiny. There's all manner of prayer, but the prayer of faith is what makes prayer work, the prayer of faith, a positive confession. You know, the Bible says that life and death is in the tongue. So by your words or you justify it, or by your words, you are condemned. So power is where, is in what? The world of God.
Speaker 1:So when you speak life, you're speaking the will of God. God said I desire for you to live a life abundant. Let us wish, above all things, that thou would prosper me in health, even as your soul prosper. Third John, verse 2,. But love, I wish above all things that thou would prosper. So small decision today is going to bring you to the penalty of your destiny. It's not the huge decision that we often have to make for our business, our ministry or our job, or where the case may be. Small decision leads you to your destiny, which brings rewards to you, because Hebrew 11 and since, says, though, that diligently seek God. He says he is a rewarder of them who diligently seek him. So now, if you're diligently seeking him, then he is a rewarder to everyone that opened their hearts and their minds and spirit.
Speaker 1:Get in the word of God, digest the word of God, take that word inside of you, word by word. It builds your faith, man up, it builds faith inside of you, and faith becomes the anatomy for all breakthroughs. Why? Because faith cannot be seen. It has to be in the knowing. Faith is not what you see. Faith is in the knowing what you believe. So I don't got to see it for me to believe it. I don't got to feel it to know that it's there. Because the word of God says I'll never leave you, neither would I forsake you, lo. I'll be with you even unto the ends of your days. But, ladies and gentlemen, that's why we have this program called Initing Faith to Build your Faith Up, to ignite faith inside of you, to believe for the promises of God. You know, stand firmly on the word of God.
Speaker 1:The Apostle Paul said listen to the efficacy believer. He said put on the whole arm of God. Don't, don't just don't put on some, but put on the whole arm of God. Why Untill you the whole arm of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and have done all to stand? What are you talking about? What are you talking about the time where everything is questioned in your life? Everything in your life is depicting fear or doubt. Then God said cast that spirit of fear aside, because I'm not giving you a spirit of fear, but a power, a sound mind, the love of Christ that permeates the hardest heart and the stiffness of neck.
Speaker 1:God desires for you and I that, when we go up against the powers of darkness, put on the whole arm of God. Don't ever go into a battle with the enemy or a confrontation against the enemy when you do not have the armor of God on. You need the armor, and that armor protects you from the daggers of the enemy, from the darts of the enemy. And, my God, I want you to know, just like David, you can conquer all of your Goliath. I don't care how tall the jazz may be standing in your life right now or how many possibilities is around you on every hand. Just like David, god's gonna elevate you, he's gonna promote you and you're gonna take down the chance in your life. Why? Because God has already caused you to be more than a conqueror. Why Because the conqueror lives in you and I today. So I want to ignite faith in you. I want you to know today, ladies and gentlemen, that yes, the battle is raging wolf area is intensifying, but greater is he that's in us than he that's in this world.
Speaker 1:So, whatever you may confront on the everyday basis of your life, walk in daily with God. Remember that the word of God is forever settled, and listen when God's talking about his word. Forever settled, he framed the word. The whole entire world was framed off of one spoken word. Now that is so powerful. One spoken word. He said let there be and never repeated himself. So when we become word speakers or we advocate the mind of God into the earth, what we're saying the thoughts of heaven speaks louder in the earth. Why? Because whatever you bound in heaven, whatever you bound in earth, is bound in heaven. Whatever you loosen the earth will be what Loosen the heavens.
Speaker 1:I want you to know that God is faithful and he's a just God and you need to realize this, that nothing is impossible with God. So we're talking about the prayer of faith, faith that makes prayer move. In other words, faith put legs on your prayer. So therefore, it moves in the direction, in the course that God has set for you by because you have learned to stand. You know, when you learn to stand, that means you're learning to trust God. Let me say that again when you stand, when you're done all you know what to do and you stand firmly on the word of God, you're letting God know. I am standing on your word and I'm trusting you. And though I do not see it, although I do not feel it, I do know your word is already established in my heart, in my spirit. I meditate day and night. Therefore, I shall have great success because I realize that I'm trusting the word of God. I'm standing firm. So when I'm standing, I'm not gonna be wavering between two opinions, whether or not God is God.
Speaker 1:But Joshua said for me in my house we shall serve the Lord. Well, what is he saying For me and my entire family? We are devoting our lives, everything about us, our resources, whatever God blesses us with. We all have devoted ourselves to God. Why? Because a house united can stand against any confrontational spirits. A house united can stand against the wiles of the enemy. Only when a house is divided that it starts collapsing in the foundation. So today, ladies and gentlemen, we want your foundation to be strong, and the only way it can be strong is you've got to meditate day and night in the word of God. In that you find life and success. It is a roadmap to your victory.
Speaker 1:Small decision I want you to understand that today Small decisions makes your destiny. Say that again. Small decisions makes my destiny. Why Not the huge decision that we make in business or ministry, or our life or family? These are small things that often we overlook the significance of one small decision, each and every day of our life, for 365 days out of the calendar year. Every day, one decision can cause you come closer to God or away from God. One decision can cause you then to the blessings of God that make it rich and add no sorrow, or it caused your destiny to be delayed. But God is faithful, he is a just God and he loves you with ever less than love.
Speaker 1:So this broadcast today we're talking about small decisions makes your destiny Because you have to keep the armor of God on why each and every part of that armor is to protect you, is to help you up, be a better soldier, marching with absolute victory, because you own the winning side. And you know I said there's so many times, so many months, I Read the devil's obituary he loses. You are on the winning side, just like King David, who folk alive. You know the battle was raging in the middle of the valley and it seemed like the enemy was toning the people of God, humiliating them. Real acumen them. But here come David, at the right place, right time in his life. Another were at the right place at the right time and he had Pacific weapons that he was skilled in.
Speaker 1:So he knew, also to that, the secret In knowing who God is. Not in David strength, not in David's ability, but God's ability working through the life of David, who fought against the giant of the Philistines, up against all the nation of Israel, including their king. Everyone succumbed to fear. You know, being dismayed by the signs of that giant. But Goliath was no match for the God in David. Now, is that not powerful?
Speaker 1:Remember the recipe that David used, psalm 23 and 1 the Lord is my shepherd, my indication that David pray and had a relationship with Christ, had a relationship with Jehovah, god. He's in Psalm 23 1. The Lord is my. That were my indication. I have a relationship with God based upon my own faith, my faith in God, my prayer life, the language of Faith that I speak unto heaven. I don't have to see it To know it, to believe it, because his word is already forever. Seven. Heaven, earth shall pass away, but my word shall never pass away. That's the beauty of this. So David goes on there in fight's collide that you know the story. Small decisions make your destiny. Wow, that is such a powerful statement. Why big cause?
Speaker 1:Often we overlook, we overanalyze situations around us in circumstances that we often fight or we go through every day of our lives, whether we own the mountain or valley. There is testing days, there is testing periods, but faith says no matter how I'm tested, I know the outcome. Faith already sees what you cannot see in a natural eyes, of what you cannot hear in the natural ears. Faith sees your tomorrow. Faith sees already you got the victory. Faith sees already that you're gonna be promoted. Faith sees already I'm already a giant killer, I'm already taking down the giants. So face, say, you know what. It doesn't matter which direction the wind may blow, I know who's on board with me. I know Jesus.
Speaker 1:And today, the Master of the seas, who were the one who walks on the seas, one who comes to trouble waters in your soul, that same Christ today, ladies and gentlemen, is here with us in the studio. Why? Because we know that God is touched with a feeling, my affirmative. So today we taught you the prayer of faith, the prayer of faith, faith that makes prayer work. Just simple, childlike faith Can move great mountains if you have faith of the greater, much, of seeing, see into this mountain, be cast into the sea.
Speaker 1:Have you ever wondered why he spoke that in the word of God? If you have faith as a grain of message of sea, little, small sea, but yet the dynamics of that sea grows and becomes a phenomenon of faith. That little sea inside of you, once you give attention to it, once you feed it with the word of God, faith comes of such great measure that what seemed to be impossible or used to be impossible no longer is impossible. Why? Because you're uniting faith in your waltz with God. Faith that doesn't analyze the situation, but faith says you know what? Yes, it may look like this and I don't deny it, but I do not accept it. Faith says I don't have to accept the report of the land. Faith says I don't have to accept negative words, I don't have to accept negative advice. Faith says I believe the word of God.
Speaker 1:Faith said no matter what I weather in my Christian waltz with God, faith says when I pray, it works. It'll make prayer work on your behalf and my behalf every single time. So I want you to know why. He said you can have faith as a grain of message of sea. Say this amount the sea is the only mass body of word that can cover a mountain where you no longer can see it. So today, god has taken the mountains of your problems, the valleys of your trouble, letting you see, put on the whole armor of God. Scrab your shoulder, lace your boobs and don't be intimidated by the enemy, don't be intimidated by what you see, what you hear.
Speaker 1:Stand flat footed on the word of God. It is your anchor today, ladies and gentlemen, and I'm here to remind you that today faith is coming alive in you and in me, and I know that God's very best intention for you is going to come to pass. He said I desire for you to prosper, be at peace. Behold why, beloved, I wish above all things that I will prosper, be in health, even as your soul prosper. So that's God's guarantee for you to prosper. Don't be afraid of the enemy, don't be afraid of the battle that rages, don't be afraid of the valleys that we often have to kneel into. Remember this small decisions make your destiny and the prayer of faith will move mountains. You don't have to be afraid of your Goliath. Today you can confront them, run right towards it, like David did, face to face head on to every challenge and watch God birth greatness inside of you, because God's hands begin to shape the course of your life, because he make it blessing to add it rich and add it new sorrow. So today, ladies and gentlemen, I want you to know small decisions make your destiny and the prayer of faith makes prayer work. Don't complicate faith, just speak the word of God. You say I've done that. Well, don't stop doing it. Don't stop until it comes to pass. Don't stop believing until it manifests. Stand flat foot on the word of God. Trust Jehovah, god. He brought you this far. He can bring you the rest of the way. Well, oh, my God.
