From Loneliness to Faithful Connection

Tracy Cooke Season 2 Episode 10

Send us a text

As the frost of winter's loneliness settled deep within my own spirit, a profound lesson emerged from the silence: solitude can transform into a sanctuary for growth and communion with the divine. Today, I invite you to walk with me through the spiritual 'winter season' we all encounter, where the chill of isolation can actually nurture our innermost connections with God. In our latest episode, we traverse the path from feeling alone in our faith to recognizing the quiet as an abundant space for revelation and divine whispers. Cutshred Revivals stands as a testament to the strength we find in communal belief, supporting each other in the quest for companionship and solace in our beliefs.

Have you ever considered the possibility that the very pangs of loneliness you fear could be a hidden wellspring of wisdom and character? This broadcast peels back the layers of solitude, sharing how my own experiences of seclusion in the '90s became a crucible for spiritual clarity and purpose. We reflect on the biblical stories of Adam and Elijah, finding parallels in our contemporary search for meaning and connection. Through tales of past and scripture, we uncover the comfort and assurance in knowing that even when we feel most alone, God's presence is a constant companion, offering strength and guiding us toward a deeper faith.

As our time together draws to a close, I extend my heartfelt thanks for letting me share these moments with you. The power of prayer bridges the gap between us, creating a web of support that transcends distance. I'm eager for you to become an integral part of our Cutshred Revivals community, where we continue to lift each other up in spirit and truth. Your stories, your prayers, and your journey matter to us, and together, we can weather any season – wrapped in the warmth of shared faith and unwavering divine love.

Speaker 1:

God bless you. This is Prophet Jerusalem. Welcome to the United Faith TV program. Today our subject is dealing with a very area that we often find ourselves there how to overcome loneliness while seeking God. What is God's answer to loneliness? Well, I'm gonna minister this teaching to you loneliness how does it benefit you? Because many times loneliness brings you to a place where you're more focused, you're more centered, or where you want to go your destination. Often, in the busy streams of life, we get so distracted and that distraction, often time, calls us to get off track and God's got to bring us always back with. We got onto an exit and now he's gonna bring us all the way back to full circle again.

Speaker 1:

So I wanna teach to you how to overcome loneliness while seeking God, because even Adam wanted somebody in his life. So God put Adam to sleep, pulled a, ribbed out and created Eve. Well, he was in the state that he, you know, longing as relationships, seeking out relationship. That's why this ministry is called Cutshred Revivals, because it's a family ministry. When I talk about family, I talk about you and I I pastor, I leader, I staff, I partner around the world. We make up a big family as a whole. Now imagine one could put 1,000 flights, two could put 10,000 flights. So, together, as we march and we raise that standard, imagine what we can do together for the glory of God. So thank you again for joining us today.

Speaker 1:

We're talking about overcoming loneliness while seeking God, and then we're gonna talk about God's answer to loneliness, and much more in this broadcast to help you develop you in your spiritual walk with God. Have that keen rebuttory insight into your tomorrow, because your tomorrow is better than your today. Your tomorrow is brighter. Your tomorrow is the heavens going to open over your life. Your tomorrow is better than what you see yourself right now. All right, how to overcome loneliness? Great is he that's in us and he that's in the world. Well, we end this world, but we're not of this world. But every day there's life's challenges, there's circumstances that we often go through, there's life battles that we often face, and there's many times we don't have answers to our own questions. But you can find reinsurance in God that blesses the assurance that Jesus is mine. Oh, what a full taste of glory. Divine Heirs of salvation, purchased with his love, by his blood, am I redeemed of God? So, as followers of Jesus, as part of God's kingdom of priests. We need to understand what role we play in the kingdom. How does loneliness benefit us and how does the enemy use loneliness?

Speaker 1:

First, peter, chapter 2,. Peter begins to write you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, god's special possession. That you may declare the praises of Him who will call you out of darkness to His marvelous, wonderful light. What we do understand, peter, is saying you are chosen. So when you are chosen, you can see loneliness as a place where God develops your walk.

Speaker 1:

Loneliness, let's deal with it. How to overcome loneliness? Let me give you the keys today. Number one you have to send your attention on what you believe. Loneliness comes to be a teacher to you, because now you don't have that support system of another individual. So now you find yourself in this isolated place. But out of isolation comes revelation. In this isolation we begin to learn.

Speaker 1:

What season are we in? Well, loneliness comes in your winter season, not your summer season, not your spring season or your autumn season. It comes in your winter season. Winter develops you more than any other season you ever walk through. You learn to how to overcome by discerning, paying attention to what season you're in. So, first and foremost, in the winter season you identify who you have become in the Lord through all the season up to that winter season. Now it becomes a vivid image to you, a painted canvas that you note. This is winter season. You become the habitation of God. You inhabit the praises of us. But in other words, now that we're in this winter season, we got to approach it with a mindset where we're going to refocus. We know that winter does this. It's a lonely period in one's life.

Speaker 1:

Loneliness comes in the winter season. Well, winter also teaches you how to overcome loneliness while seeking God. Number one, what do you do? You have to understand how to overcome it first. You overcome it by having your focus. You overcome by staying on the word. You overcome it by believing what you already heard God speak to you while you're in your winter season.

Speaker 1:

Because in winter season everything in your life is going to slow down. It's going to feel like the days are so long and the nights are still so short. And in that long process, throughout that whole entire day, entire weeks and months, you're going to find yourself in that winter season Weary, fatigue. But out of that loneliness comes revelation. We always think, you know, we get the revelation on the mountain, and that's not true. Majority of revelation comes and there's quiet places, there are quiet moments of your life. There are places where you don't have distractions. There are places where you don't have distractions family-line distractions, a job you know you've got your focus right there, full, dedicate, to find out what is the purpose of me coming out of this winter. What is the purpose for me coming out of this cave, this test? Well, the winter season will teach you how to overcome because it's going to cause you to be in a place where you have to be still. It's going to teach you that you can't be impatient and frantic and a hurry. It's going to teach you how to rely on the word of God. It's going to teach you how to be still. Psalm 23, he teaches us he lies to the side, still waters. Well, he would teach in David that he's the shepherd of his life, but also he would build a giant inside of him. He would build a giant slayer inside of him. So you had to teach David.

Speaker 1:

There are times in your walk, your ministry, your life, your business what are the cases may be, that loneliness somewhere of another is going to come. How do you approach loneliness. How do you accept loneliness? You approach loneliness. You accept loneliness by saying you know what? I can't rush this season. Let this winter season develop me to overcome loneliness while I'm seeking God. I'm gonna take advantage that all the distractions are out of the way. I'm not gonna be in a hurry, I'm not gonna be impatient, I'm gonna wait upon the Lord because I realize waiting, I am mountain with new strength that I never harnessed before. So now, here you are.

Speaker 1:

Psalm 23 to Psalmist David said he lies me beside still waters. Because now the next thing is taking place. I'm being refocused, I'm not in a hurry. I'm gonna take advantage of loneliness and develop character, increase the anointing on my life, find the principle of faith that I've never experienced thus far. Until that time, I'm gonna take this winter season that identify the loneliness appearance in my life. But then I'm gonna take this loneliness.

Speaker 1:

Let it be a cave that teach me what a platform will not teach me. Do you realize the cave of loneliness will teach you what a platform will not, because in a platform you're always attended to everybody else's needs. A platform you're always addressing every other problem in everybody else's life. But the cave of loneliness, it speaks to you to your situation, it speaks to your surrounding. It becomes a cave where you realize you can't get around this. But now I can learn from this. I can allow this experience to bring revelation to me. So, number two the cave of loneliness. How'd ever come loneliness while seeking God? Number two God's voice becomes clear in your life. God's voice is more clear. You're hitting bullseye. More accuracy in your prophetic gift, you're a waltz with God. So you start hearing, identifying the voice a little more clear, because now you don't have the busy streams, waters running around you. You realize that opportunity is knocking at the doors and God's gonna do what he says.

Speaker 1:

Well, ladies and gentlemen, I'm so glad that you're joining us on a Night in Faith TV program. This is Prof Trisha Allen Cook. Listen, I want to stop just a moment right now to remind you. Speaker 1:

What we're about to do in the School of Reluct Profits my God, the last time we had School of Reluct Profits so tremendous, amazing. We want you to be able to go ahead and have an opportunity. We're going to teach you about the gifts of the Spirit, the flow, the functions. We're going to teach you about what the gifts are, what the gifts are not. We're going to teach you how to have those gifts operating your life on an everyday basis. In other words, in the marketplaces. Wherever you go, you can have those gifts operating your life. So that would be in our new year, 2024, as well. So we do not want you to miss the opportunity to be educated into the deeper things of the prophetic. Well, I'm so glad to be able to teach this to you.

Speaker 1:

How do I ever come low on this while seeking God?

Speaker 1:

Well, how do you do it, prof? Well, I'm glad you asked that question. How did I ever come low on this? That was a period, early 90s, where I was isolated from everyone and during that time I kept myself into a place of worship, praise, even though I didn't understand that season. That winter season felt like death. It felt like the isolation was overcoming me like a garment of heaviness. But then I learned from the isolation messages, books, ministry, the future, where I was going.

Speaker 1:

It all took that loneliness while seeking God. How to overcome it. While seeking God, I had to learn that the Elijah syndrome. I'm not in this by myself. God has 7,000 more that have not been. Their need to the cave of loneliness, to the precious of life, to the principalities of the world. So I understand it and I analyze it came to a reality. Okay, I'm not the only one going through something. I'm not the only one that's isolated for a purpose. I'm not the only one that God separated unto himself.

Speaker 1:

Then I began to understand why I had to go through that winter season of loneliness, how to overcome it. I overcame it by focusing. I overcame it by reading the word of God, worship and praise and nonstop being attentive and serving. I learned that the ingredients to unlock the miraculous came out of my loneliness season. All the books that we wrote came out of that season of loneliness. The revelation, the message you get came out of that place, that place of back and that place of brokenness, that place of loneliness, that place where you don't want to identify with it because you don't want to walk through it, but it's necessary for your development and character, your growth and wisdom and knowledge, and in intensify your faith, to believe the report of God. Oh, my God, loneliness.

Speaker 1:

Elijah had to learn how to overcome loneliness because he had that mentality. I'm the only one. No, no, no, no, no. There's 7,000 more that respond back to Elijah. You're not the only prophet, you're not the only person, you're not the only individual. There's 7,000 more that are going through the front of some affliction. There's 7,000 more that backs up against the wall. There's 7,000 more that feel like they want to quit. There's 7,000 more. While you succumbing and depression discourage men and loneliness, I've got 7,000 more that have not bent their knees to the powers of error.

Speaker 1:

So that allowed Elijah to say you know what? Let me get up out of here and prophesy it again. Let me get on my feet and prophesy it. The ravens came to feed them. Then God sent it down to Zarephia, to a widow woman, to spare her son, to bring prosperity to her home.

Speaker 1:

See, everything you go through brings a miracle behind it. Everything you encounter brings a breakthrough behind it. Everything you need God to be, it's in place of where you have to be still and let God be God. Once you allow God to be God, then he'll prove himself in salvation. He'll prove himself in deliverance. Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. Watch God's deliverance. Whatever your Red Sea is today, whatever your face, whatever armies of the enemies, that's not been at your heels, god will make a way and an exit out of it. All you gotta do is follow the voice of the Lord and exit out and go into the interest way of God's blessings and God's divine favor. So we're talking today how to overcome loneliness while seeking God.

Speaker 1:

God's answer to loneliness is in his presence, psalm 91, in the shadow of the Almighty God, he is carrying me into his provision, his blessings. So Psalm 91 is God's answer to loneliness. He begins to tell you I'll never forsake you, I'll never leave you, I'll never abandon you. That's God's guarantee. His presence gives you His guarantee that you'll overcome the winter season and you'll be a better Christian, a better ministry, a better business person. Why? Because winter teaches you I've got to lean on God, I've got to lean on the arm of God, I've got to trust ship. Because I cannot rush this season. This season is billing me, this season is preparing my character, this season is producing the anointing. And out of that you may feel like I don't want to go through loneliness. I don't want to go through that cave of loneliness. No one does, but one thing God does do.

Speaker 1:

There are times in the season in your life if you have not learned this by the Lord in a prophetic ministry, he will go silent on you and nothing torments prophetic prophets, prophetic company believers. When God goes silent and you can't hear Him, you can't feel Him. But out of that cave of loneliness you're not there by feelings, you're not there what you can see, you're there for what can be imparted to you. Because that impartation, that revelation would enable you to come out of that winter season, that cave of loneliness, and help you, prep you for the season that you get ready to spring for it, you get ready to come alive. So that cave of loneliness, that winter season, is necessary for you to spring for it. So when you're spring for it, everything in your life God begins to expedite, he begins to bring it to pass. All of a sudden, everything you touch is a mightest touch. Everything in your life begins to change so fast, so rapidly.

Speaker 1:

Take advantage of those winter seasons, those winter moments. It's less distraction, it's less noise, less aggravation. Take advantage of it. You'll be amazed once you learn from the word of God. You will be amazed how this book comes alive, cause a letter kill it, but the spirit of God brings this letter alive. So when you read it, you become part of whatever author that wrote that book. You see it through their eyes and then you see it through your own eyes because you're applying yourself in that story. You're applying yourself in the middle of that battle. You're applying yourself in the middle of that mountaintop experience.

Speaker 1:

We're talking about how to overcome loneliness while seeking God. Refocus, refocus. Your focus is the most important part in the winter seasons and the cave of loneliness. You have to stay focused. Stay centered on what you are trying to accomplish your goals that you've already set your destination, that's waiting for your arrival. All that you learn how to overcome God, how to overcome loneliness while seeking God. When you overcome it, then you're able to teach someone else. You know what I went through that grief, I went through that death. I went through that suffering, I went through that isolation. This is what I learned from. This is the attitude I had to have. This is what I did. This is the attitude that helped you get through your winter season. You can't go around it, you can't escape it, but you can learn, because someone else's experience in the winter season now is points and nuggets for you to grab a hold and grab a take to, and then, when you face it, oh, count it all joy, cause all things work together for the good of it.

Speaker 1:

There was a little one call going to his purpose. Listen, before this broadcast comes to an end, I'm gonna stop right now and let you know At any given time you want to. You can receive a miracle. You don't have to wait until the broadcast ends to receive a breakthrough in America, right where you are in your homes, wherever you're watching, wherever device you're watching us right now, you can receive a miracle right now by me looking the lens to this camera. There's no distance in prayers.

Speaker 1:

What you've been going through, the loneliness you've been fighting, the uncertainties of your life, seeing the loneliness seasons where there's uncertainty but there's times of refreshing oars, and the loneliness season, the cave of loneliness. It's unbearable. At times you feel like you're at a death period in your life. No one's around you but you and God. That is that moment that he downloads revelation, revelation, revelation to you. That's when you become a pen of a ready writer. Everything you learn in life. You become the pen of your own life. When you begin to write it. You begin to document your success. When you document, you come to awareness and realization.

Speaker 1:

This winter is not here to destroy me. This winter is to help me. This winter is not to destroy my faith, is to teach me how to lean on the arm ever less the arms of God. It's teaching me how to take him at his word, how to be trustworthy to his word, how to worship. Even when I don't feel this presence, even I can't see him in the cave of loneliness, I have a knowing down the inside. All things work together for the good. So, therefore, I'm going to make choice, as though I've already began my spring season going forward.

Speaker 1:

So, whatever you going through today we love it. I want to encourage you. It's not too late to call upon the name of the Lord. It's never too late for God to do a miracle. It's never too late for God to move the dead great close off of your life and call you forth, like you did in Lashris. It's not too late. You find yourself at whatever tree, you're setting on in your field, depressed, discouraged. You're setting down and you're lonely. All you got to do is realize you shall never leave. You know, for a second, rise up from that place of desolation. Dust that garment off, because revelation is coming to you now. Take advantage of that winter season because that season teaches you like no other season in your life. It will help develop you in character or at least a fresher or a day in your life. It will allow you to see Christ exactly who he is. Because it's that moment and time in your life and ministry, your business, that distractions are not there. There's no. In other words, no frustration, no aggravation. My mind is centered, I'm focused. So if I'm focused then God can do what he says.

Speaker 1:

Throughout the entire Bible, examples of one by one facing some type of cave of loneliness, even David and the cave of Becca, running for his very own life, running from King Saul, he's been hunted like a prey from the predator. He finds himself in the cave of a doll. These caves represent loneliness, oscillation, weeping, being broken, misunderstood. Quite can't quite put everything together, you can't see the whole picture. But in that loneliness season is where God becomes more really in your life than any other season. It's that moment that a revelation you have of him.

Speaker 1:

You'll say, like Peter, did you want to say you're Jeremiah's Elijah? No, who do you say he is? Peter said you're the Christ, the Son of living God. Why? Because that season of loneliness while seeking God, you're going to overcome it, I guarantee you. If you'll keep your focus, center your attention on God's word, his praises unto his name, you'll find yourself in the middle of that winter. You'll be a pin of a ready writer and every time you go through something you'll write it down. You'll jot it down Life experience. Day one, day two. I become the pin of my own life and then, at the end of it, I realize all that I had to journey through, go through. Now I can see where I have grown, developed and wisdom, knowledge and faith in the Lord, jesus Christ. So are you ready to be a pin of ready writer, a pin of your own life, overcoming loneliness while seeking God? God's answer to loneliness is in his word, his voice, his presence.

Speaker 1:

Father, I thank you right now for everyone who's come to a close of this broadcast today, lord. I stand my hands towards the limitless camera. I thank you right now, lord. There's no distance in prayer. You're the same yesterday, today and forevermore. That's nothing you cannot do. You're the God who counts as the plans of the end and you bring forth your plans. Now, rise in their lives and let them know the best is yet to come.

Speaker 1:
